Some Midi loft bunk beds with storage come with a desk built in (as as shown above), while other models, such as our Luna Midi-Bunk, feature a ladder on the right so that the table can be placed on the left. It's worth noting that most midi loft beds with desk require a standard UK single mattress (3ft/90x190cm) with a wooden slatted base. The cost of the bed does not include the mattress. We recommend looking at our mattress deals to find one that will fit your budget.

Mattress
Most midi beds use standard UK single mattresses. The top bunk is equipped with a safety rail to give you security. Some models come with an trundle drawer with a pull-out that can be used to host sleepovers, or to add more storage space under the bed. They can be either open or fitted with doors (please check the product's specifications for more details).
A lot of midi cabins have a desk which can be moved between two upper levels or chests of drawers. This gives children a customized space to store all their belongings and means there's no need to use up valuable floor space with large wardrobes or shelving units.
Some models have gone a step further by having cabinets that are flush mounted or even part of the headboard/footboard. This is ideal for storing books and toys.

Included are the low-level "turned steps", a desk on wheels that can slide between the two sides as well as a three drawer chest, and a cabinet door.
